- Sleep with your ideal customer: Know everything about them. Crawl into their head. Have conversations with them through email, social media, or surveys.
- Be very brief with your sentences: The longer they are, the weaker you look. Strong, powerful sentences are short.
- Be yourself: Bleed onto your screen. If people are not attracted to who you are through who you’re being online, let them go.
